You can submit your $80 application fee here online (includes convenience fee).
You can mail in your $75 application fee payable to “Southwest Stars LLC” by mailing it to our business office: 910 Wedgewood Avenue, Nashville TN 37203
You can drop off your fee payable to “Southwest Stars LLC” at our Nashville Campus.
